Johan has over 16 years of experience in human resource management and with considerable experience in compensation related issues in various sectors and geographies. He has extensive experience in executive remuneration, position and pay structures, performance management and design and implementation of compensation policies including incentive schemes. He supports clients in the Nordic markets with the broad spectrum of business-driven HR programmes including data management, benchmarking, career framework, pay structures, workforce planning, performance management etc. Before joining Mercer in Stockholm in June 2011, he worked for several years as a consultant at Towers Perrin and as a European Compensation & Benefits and HR Director at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Johan holds a degree of Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics and a degree of Master of Laws, LL. M from the University of Stockholm.
