Mercer has together with 16 investors, collectively managing 1,5 Trillion dollars in assets, published a research report “Investing in a time of climate change” that analyses the impact of climate change on asset classes, risk and returns.

    In this lunch presentation Jane Ambachtsheer presents:


    • How the Paris agreement COP21 will impact the behavior of institutional investors
    • Why climate related risks should be a standard consideration and how these risks should be addressed


    Toby Buscombe highlights the impact of climate change on illiquid investments and  presents private market opportunities that will deliver strongly in the low-carbon and renewable energy field.
     
    This session will also review carbon footprint and portfolio decarbonisation trends, offer governance advice and recommendations to support you in integrating climate change throughout your investment process.
